Terms of Use

You may use LooksOnMe only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are not barred from using the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and sign-in credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

LooksOnMe provides a fashion try-on preview service that lets users upload a person photo and one or more garment screenshots to generate a visual preview.

LooksOnMe is designed to help with visual shopping confidence. It is not a sizing tool, body-measurement tool, tailoring service, or guarantee of exact fit, proportion, quality, or real-world appearance.

You retain ownership of the photos, screenshots, text, and other content that you submit to LooksOnMe, subject to the rights you grant below.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to use that content with the service and to grant the licenses described in these terms.

You grant LooksOnMe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service, including generating try-on previews and investigating misuse.

You must not use LooksOnMe to:

LooksOnMe uses automated systems to create try-on previews. Outputs may contain errors, artifacts, inconsistencies, or inaccurate visual interpretations.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. LooksOnMe does not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Some features require payment, subscription, or credits. Prices, billing intervals, offer details, and included entitlements are presented in the product or at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may designate. By starting a paid purchase, you authorize the applicable provider to charge you according to the selected offer and any recurring terms displayed at checkout.

If you buy a subscription, it may renew automatically until you cancel it. You can manage eligible billing settings through the payment-provider portal or any billing tools we make available.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. Promotional pricing, founder offers, trials, credits, and limited-time offers may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law.

If there is a billing error, contact support@lookson.me promptly so we can investigate.

LooksOnMe may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, abused the service, or if suspension is required for security or legal reasons.

We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, provider outages, model failures, or changes made in good-faith operation of the service.

LooksOnMe and its related software, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, and other service materials are owned by LooksOnMe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant LooksOnMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LooksOnMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LooksOnMe and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to LooksOnMe for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LooksOnMe and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct or non-waivable legal fault.

You may stop using LooksOnMe at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on ownership, payments due, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.

These terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights granted by the laws of your country, state, or province continue to apply and are not waived by these terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the last-updated date. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent allowed by law.
